I tried to make him a local administrator, removed his server profile, reconfigured his application set manager and tried applications on different servers in the farm. No luck with any of these.
& y" m8 A" x2 I" z# t, u% l

Have you tried uninstall/reinstall the ICA client?

Can't hurt to scan for viruses/spyware/malware too…

First thing, have you reinstalled the ICA client (removing all settings in his local pc's profile)?? since its only the one machine this is what you should be trying next.

( D4 F+ q3 U. R" V- |6 q( L
if unsuccessful are you using SSO? if so is it possible that machine has an alternate gina installed (ie novell client, or some other logon agent)? I have had a similar problem using SSO on machines with the Novell client installed (but not installed on the Citrix servers)
3 C4 A1 w9 E& E3 K+ X

2 i) Z Q5 Q/ @ O
or an alternative solution could be trying this (if you don't need SmartCard functionality…)

: C5 N+ X4 }" g" V!
